S. Richard Hagins
CEO After serving his country for 23 years as a U.S. Naval Officer and retiring in 2000 with the rank of Commander, Richard Hagins followed his entrepreneurial spirit and grandfather's passion for service when founding Universal Supplies & Services, Inc., now US&S, Inc., in 2003. Since settling in Greenville, South Carolina, in 1996, Hagins has become an integral part of his adopted home through the work of his company and commitment to service. He has previously held numerous community affiliated positions ranging from Treasurer of the South Carolina State Port Authorities (SCSPA) to the Programs Committee Chair for the Greenville Metro YMCA Board. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Greater Greenville Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and Chairman of the Board for the Blood Connection. Most recently, Hagins has been named the 2020 Board Chair for the Greenville Chamber of Commerce. Hagins was named the "SC Veteran Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2014 by the SBA, one of the 50 Most Influential People of 2018 and 2019" by Greenville Business Magazine, and most recently, he was named "Entrepreneur of the Year 2019® Southeast" by Earnst & Young.
Hagins received a BS from Savannah State College in Electronic Engineering Technology and his MA from Webster University in Business Management. He recently completed the Executive Education Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Euleta Alston
PresidentEuleta Alston is responsible the day to day administration and management of all business functions. She has over a decade of service and experience at US&S, beginning her career as assistant program manager for the company's aerospace and procurement business unit. Alston has held positions including business development manager, staff augmentation program manager, and director of business development. She was instrumental at establishing the company's vision, mission, core values and overall branding strategy, spearheading the proposal development process, and establishing a new business line. Prior to joining US&S, Mrs. Alston spent nearly 5 years in sales, marketing and account management with a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company where she achieved numerous successes.
Alston has been active in her local community with a long history of service and engagement. Currently, she serves on the Greenville Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board and Financial Committee, Board of Directors of Community Works and active member of Jack & Jill of America, Inc. and the Rotary Club of Greenville. She was also named Best & Brightest Under 35, Top 10 Young Professional of the Year by the Talented 10th Greenville, and South Carolina's Top 20 Under 40 by Thomas Media Group. Alston holds a B.S. with Honors in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina and holds a Masters from Clemson University.
Dawn Cook, MBA, PHR
Corporate ControllerWith over 27 years of accounting and over 16 years in human resources, Dawn Cook is responsible for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of financial reports, maintenance of adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets to mitigate risk. Joining the US&S team in 2019, she provides ongoing assessments and consultation to management, regarding fiscal matters, benefit program execution, regulatory compliance and risk management. Cook is a Master of Business Administration graduate of Clemson University. Her career serving private business and commitment to community engagement has given her robust experience.
Stacey Bechtold
Director of Human Resources, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, RCC
With more than 20 years of leadership and human resources experience, Stacey Bechtold is responsible for all corporate human resources functions, including, but not limited to, employment law and regulatory compliance, organizational planning and policy development and implementation, training and employee relations, recruitment and retention efforts, benefits administration, employee relations, compensation, management development and leadership coaching. Prior to joining our team, Stacey served as the HR Manager for Greenville County Parks, Recreation, & Tourism for twelve years. She has also previously provided HR-related consulting and training services to a variety of clients through The Bechtold Group, Inc., as well as taught Human Resource Management at Greenville Technical College as an adjunct instructor. Stacey holds two national senior-level HR certifications (SPHR and SHRM-SCP) as well as a Master of Human Resource Development from Clemson University. She became a Riley Fellow in 2018 with successful completion of Furman University's distinguished Diversity Leaders Initiative and has also recently earned her Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) designation with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
Peter Luciano
Director of Operations - Operations & MaintenancePeter Luciano leads the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of the company's project and long-term maintenance contract portfolio. Peter is especially skilled in building and optimizing organizational processes, measurement systems, and personnel to maximize results in demanding environments with a deep appreciation for strategic planning and lean principles. Prior to joining US&S, Peter served as a Naval Aviator with safety, quality assurance, and instructor program leadership roles. Transitioning to the construction industry, with purchasing and scheduling expertise, combined with plans management and permitting, he became the Operations Manager for KB Home Orlando. After moving to Greenville, South Carolina in 2007, he broadened his skill set and further developed his knowledge of project management and business development in commercial construction and mechanical systems services. Peter has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Purdue University and a Clemson MBA.
Jimmy Allen

Michael Fletcher
Director of Business DevelopmentMichael ("Mike") Fletcher is responsible for new business development. Mike brings over 25 years of janitorial operations and sales management experience to the company. He is especially skilled in building client relationships, process implementation with an emphasis on building efficiencies, P&L responsibility and business growth strategies and operations management and employee training. Prior to joining US&S, Mike worked as a Senior Leader in a variety of mid-to-large facility maintenance companies and also served as the Managing Partner/Owner of a collection of diverse businesses. He has been a part of the Greenville community for over 15 years and is truly an asset to the team.
