Joining the US&S team in 2017, Mr. Young is a seasoned professional dedicated to utilizing experience and initiative to build a record of success and achievement. He has over 30 years of managerial experience in the Department of Energy industry. This experience includes holding various positions with responsibility in the following areas: Facility Maintenance Management, Maintenance/Operations Coordination, Maintenance Emergency Equipment Management, Site Work Planning & Control Management, Chairman of the Site Work Management, Site Maintenance and Recourse Management.

Mr. Young will be responsible for managing several programs and projects, specifically for the company's operations and maintenance scope of services for the Department of Energy and prime contractor clients. Doug is tasked with coordinating and prioritizing resources, managing links between these projects and the overall costs and risks of the program. He will be responsible for improving the organization's performance and ensuring overall program goals are achieved with focus on change management, industrial and systems engineering.

Greenville, SC Erica Rhodes, MBA has joined the US&S, Inc. team as Corporate Controller, strengthening the organization's strategic focus on growth and sustainability. US&S is pleased to welcome the Rhode Island native and her bevy of skills and experience.
Rhodes has a Master of Business Administration and Accounting, a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, and is presently a Doctoral Candidate at North Central University where she is currently obtaining her Doctorate of Business Administration in Advanced Accounting. The Certified Tax Professional also received her Bachelors of Science from Johnson and Wales University graduating Suma Cum Laude. Her career serving both private businesses and public institutions has given her robust experience. This experience ranges from financial account management to accounting education, and tax specialization.

As Corporate Controller, Rhodes will be responsible for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of financial reports, maintenance of adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets to mitigate risk. She will also enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted account principles and financial reporting standards. Rhodes will also provide ongoing assessments and consultation to management, regarding fiscal matters, benefit program execution, regulatory compliance and risk management.
Rhodes and her husband Joseph P. Rhodes have 4 children, David, Samantha, Robert & Nadia. She is a member of Kappa Beta Delta Honor Society, Treasurer for Woodmont High School PTSA, and is an active member of Washington Baptist Church.
