Our History
The Journey Continues...
In 1996, Richard Hagins relocated to Greenville, SC, to complete his final years of service in the U.S. Navy. The move also allowed him to reestablish his family’s church supply business in a storefront, which led to various small jobs and projects within local religious communities. As this project-based work grew in volume and success, Rich launched a new venture in 2003 — and US&S was born.
From the start, US&S focused on serving federal agencies, a natural extension of Hagins’ twenty-three years of military service. Nearly a decade later, the company rebranded, expanded its capabilities, and shifted toward long-term, wide-ranging contracts across multiple industries.
Today, we remain a small but driven team of versatile, committed professionals. We take pride in supporting one another — and especially in supporting you, our partners — because your success is central to our mission.
