An on-site supervisor/manager helps to oversee your assets. As part of our building maintenance, we keep a detailed work history of assets, such as individual AC units, trailers, and restrooms, and their condition.
Detailed tracking allows us to gather data and progressively manage your assets. Our data-driven approach to decision-making helps eliminate many future potential problems. Our eMaint software provides total transparency, ensuring you have access to all maintenance data as well.
Safety-Conscious, Trained Maintenance Workforce
The same representative who oversees your asset management typically supervises our team on site for applicable contracts. US&S employees go through site-specific training so they know exactly how to care for your facility.
We exercise a safety-first philosophy, and our employees also go through extensive safety instruction, including blood-borne pathogen and hazmat training. We use a robust third-party training software program during employee orientation, and thereafter employees are required to participate in monthly training. All employees have stringent safety performance requirements they must meet

Our goal is to operate on a not-to-interfere basis, and eMaint helps decrease our response times by streamlining the workflow. Work orders, including emergency and urgent requests, can be submitted easily at any time through a customizable client interface.
The program also seamlessly integrates our network of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring that the full team receives relevant work-order alerts. Our contract partners can upload real-time images of their work to enhance quality assurance. We have a similar platform specifically for our janitorial client base called Otuvy that helps US&S streamline operations, improve employee performance, and ensure high-quality service delivery through integrated inspection program capability.
