US&S uses an innovative, industry-leading cloud-based CMMS called eMaint to manage our clients’ assets and facilitate collaboration. An easy-to-use software program, eMaint lets our clients view their reports and submit work orders from any smartphone, tablet, or PC. 

Our goal is to operate on a not-to-interfere basis, and eMaint helps decrease our response times by streamlining the workflow. Work orders, including emergency and urgent requests, can be submitted easily at any time through a customizable client interface. 

The program also seamlessly integrates our network of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring that the full team receives relevant work-order alerts. Our contract partners can upload real-time images of their work to enhance quality assurance. We have a similar platform specifically for our janitorial client base called Otuvy that helps US&S streamline operations, improve employee performance, and ensure high-quality service delivery through integrated inspection program capability.
